【Conditions of Participation】

Anyone who corresponds to any of the following cannot participate;

• Children under 6 years old
• People under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• People with any chronic medical conditions, feeling sick or unwell
• People in a state of severe sleep deprivation
• Expectant mothers
• People with extremely long fingernails (due to risk of injury)

【Kayaking Clothes】

Please bring a towel and change of clothes.
Please avoid cotton fabrics such as jeans or denim.
