Black Chikuwa Making

Do you know “Chikuwa”? Chikuwa is steamed fish paste cooked in the shape of a cylinder. It is also one of Miyazu`s specialty products.  Black Chikuwa is made from sardines and horse mackerel caught in Miyazu Bay and is called “Black Chikuwa” because of its black color.

You can make this specialty product, Chikuwa by yourself (takes about 30 min).  You can take it home if you can`t finish it.  The tour location is located a short walk away from Kasamatsu Cable Car Station so feel free to visit Kasamatsu Park before or after your tour.

Participation Fee:  Adults: 1,500 Yen(Junior High School Age and Older), Children: Same as Adult Fee (Elementary School Age)

Cancelation Policy:

2-5 Days in Advance:You Pay 30%

 Day Before : You Pay 40%

 Day Of: You Pay 50%

 Not Showing up without Canceling: You Pay 100%

 

Maximum Possible #of Participants: 15, Minimum: 1 (But the tour will only be held if there are 2 or more total applicants)
