2019 TANTAN LONGRIDE Cycling Event

*A non-competitive fun cycling event

Event Date: Sunday June 2nd , 2019

Time: Sunday June 2nd Course A- 6 am～6 pm

Course B- 8 am~6 pm

Course C- 10 am~6 pm

Check-in: Saturday June 1st Only

Check-in Locations: Amanohashidate, Fukuchiyama, & Maizuru (It is possible to have a third party check-in for you in case you cannot attend check-in on Saturday June 1st)

Courses

Course A: Kyoto by the Sea TANTAN Long-ride 190 Km Course

※Recommended for experienced cyclists

Start at Amanohashidate~ Finish at Amanohashidate

Participation Fee: 11,000 Yen

※Student Group Discount

（Groups of 5 or more）：5,000 Yen

Course B: Kyoto by the Sea TANTAN Long-ride 100 Km Course

Start at Amanohashidate～Yosano Town~Finish at Amanohashidate

Participation Fee: 9,000 Yen

※Student Group Discount

（Groups of 5 or more）：5,000 Yen

Course C: Kyoto by the Sea TANTAN Long-ride 30 Km Course

Start at Ine Town Hall～Finish at Amanohashidate

Participation Fee: 7,000 Yen

*As a part of this course, participants get to take a ride on the Ine Bay Tour Boat

Elementary School Students

※Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Participation Fee: 2,500 Yen

Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted Friday February 1st, 2019 (Starting at 10 am)～Friday May 10th, 2019

Event Capacity: 2,000 Participants Maximum（Course C: 45 Participants）

※The application period for each course will conclude once the capacity is reached, even if that date is earlier than May 10th.  Insurance fees are included in the participation fees.

※In the case that you cancel your application after paying the participation fee, you are not eligible to receive a refund.  Please be aware of our no-refund policy before applying.
