Yura Shrine
Located near the old Yura elementary school building, Yura shrine used to be divided into a west shrine and an east shrine. In the year Meiji 20, the two shrines were combined and renamed “Yura Shrine”.
The shrine grounds are very clean and well maintained. The shrine is also very open and spacious. There is both an inner and outer shrine gate(torii). Standing within the inner shrine gate, are two komainu statues that were built in the year Taisho 6.
